 1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

– Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order without incurring any charges.
– To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details.
– After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be subject to approval, and restocking fees may apply.

1.2 Cancellation by RetaiLync

– RetaiLync reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
– In the event of a cancellation by RetaiLync, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

 2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

– Customers may cancel their monthly subscriptions at any time by contacting our Customer Service team.
– Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.
– No partial refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the billing cycle has started.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

– Customers may cancel their annual subscriptions within 30 days of the initial purchase for a full refund.
– After 30 days, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, but customers can choose to discontinue the service at the end of the current subscription period.

 3. Refund Process

– Refunds for canceled orders or subscriptions will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
– Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
